For companies whose customers are restaurant/foodservice operators or other businesses (B2B).

ATTENDEE QUALIFICATION
If you registered at the "Qualified Attendee" rate, your registration must be approved by event management. We will notify you within two business days whether your registration has been approved or declined. If declined, your registration fees will be refunded. You will then have the option to register at the "Non-Qualified Attendee" rate.

SUBSTITUTIONS / CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
If for any reason you become unable to attend the event, you may designate someone else from your organization to attend in your place or you may cancel your registration at any time up to 11:59 pm (Eastern U.S. Time) on March 2, 2020 and receive a refund of 85% of the paid registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 2, 2020. Send all substitution and cancellation requests to [email protected]. Be sure to cancel any existing hotel reservation directly with the hotel to avoid or minimize any cancellation fee.

MEDIA RELEASE
By registering for this event, you give the event organizers (Networld Media Group) permission to take video and photos of you participating in the event and to use those images in future event publicity and promotions.
